Patricia Hagerty
Patricia retired from the Architectural/Engineering industry, bringing with her 35 years of office experience; 18 as the Manager of Administrative/Clerical Services. During her tenure with the firm, she served on the Steering Committee, as Chief Editor of the company’s newsletter, as well as the company’s proofreader, and, when needed, filled in as the receptionist/switchboard operator.
Fun facts: Patricia is married to a Marine (retired), the proud mother of three daughters, two sons, five grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Patricia loves traveling, crocheting, reading, and is an avid bowler who plans to hang up her bowling shoes when she bowls her first 300 game!

Toshia Kole-James, MA, LMSW
Toshia is a social worker with over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare field. Toshia has coordinated care with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, assisting them as well as their families in transitions of care. Toshia has most recently worked as a therapist assisting individuals develop a plan to decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression as well as empowering them to create care plans to meet and achieve their life goals. Toshia obtained her BA in Psychology at Michigan State University and obtained her Masters of Social Work from Wayne State in 2015. Toshia completed internships at Detroit Recovery Project as well as Alternatives for girls, supporting individuals to obtain substance use treatment and housing. Toshia looks forward to assisting you in creating a life that you don't have to escape from, by utilizing a multitude of approaches such as mindfulness, solution focused therapy as well as strengths based techniques. By incorporating these therapeutic modalities you will be able to develop the skills to work with life’s challenges as well as meet your highest potential.

Candice Ericksen, MA, LPC, NCC, SCL
Candice is an experienced mental health therapist skilled at building strong working relationships with clients of all ages to address concerns across the behavioral health spectrum including depression; anxiety; and attention deficit/hyperactivity. Candice has worked with clients in multiple settings such as homeless/transitional living; at-risk children and teens in school; inpatient psychiatric hospital; Veteran Administration as a senior service officer for veterans, and outpatient/telehealth. Candice is an expert in social, emotional, and academic learning, and is licensed in both professional and school counseling. Candice received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from American Military University in 2010 and a master’s in professional counseling from Oakland University in 2017. Candice is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and trauma/resilience and restorative practices.
Fun facts: Candice is married to a Marine (retired) and is a fur momma. Candice was once a licensed manicurist and absolutely loves crystals, anything metaphysical, and Halloween.
